What is Doula Services Los Angeles?

A doula is a woman who provides non-medical support to women and their families. A Doula’s support is physical, emotional, informational and educational to not only the mother but to the entire family as they adjust to parenthood for either the first time or the fifth time.

As a mother of 2, I know how difficult the transition into motherhood and parenthood can be for not only the mother but for the entire family. As the Los Angeles Doula, I provide postpartum doula support and education to families in the Los Angeles area and my goal is to get you and your family into a routine, help give your body time to heal and educate/inform you and your family on an array of topics so that my services in the end will no longer be needed. I am trained in breast feeding, bottle feeding, PPMD, infant care, newborn education, baby wearing, adult/child CPR and I am also a licensed EMT with over 8 years of Emergency Department experience.
